American corning gorilla glass deep process

Corning gorilla glass is the strongest around glass. It's with the character of anti-scratch. Thickness:0.55mm,0.7mm,1.0mm.

Basic concept:

 

Glass is soaked in chemical fluids. Under pressure caused by chemical interaction, the ions in the fluids are exchanged with ions Na+ on glass surface. The ion-exchanged surface is thus strengthened against force. When the glass is tempered, it will be Up to 9~15 times stronger than normal glass. After tempering the glass material we can do AR/AS/AF/AG/ on the glass surfuce to meet the customer's requirement. Expecially, we can do no color AR coating, and we can meet: Transmissivity >96%, Reflectivity < 4%.
